Scientific Acupuncture --- Dr. Henry Hang

Scientific Acupuncture Center, Inc. was founded in the year of 1999 by Dr. Henry Q. Hang . He graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology, the best medical school in China, with a PH.D in TCM, M.S in Integrated Medicine. After he graduated, he worked as an assistant professor for the clinic training for foreign students and researcher in the University. Then he got an offer from Capital University of Medical Sciences as a medical doctor and researcher, in the field of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical sciences. Currently, Dr. Hang is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of California. Dr. Hang has authored more than 20 books which were published in China, Taiwan and HongKong. His works include "Acupuncture--Modern research and Clinic practice", "The Pharmacological functions of Ginkgo Biloba" and "The Pharmacological functions of American Ginseng" etc.

Dr. Hang has the knowledge of both Chinese medicine and Western medicine, he has great experience of clinic practice, especially in the fields of Pain control, Frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow, Golf Elbow, Back Pain, Insomnia, Allergy, Stress management, Stroke and paralysis, Bronchitis, fatigue, weight loss, Asthma, Infertility etc. He diagnose patient with both Chinese way and Western way. The treatment combines acupuncture, herbal medicine, acupressure, cupping and even bleeding together .

Dr.Henry Q. Hang has authored about 20 books about acupuncture and Chinese traditional medicine. His books published all over the Asia. Unfortunately, Dr.Hang's books still have no English visioin yet, the good news is Dr. Hang are doing the translation job right now. We can expect to read his book in Englishin the near future!

	The Pharmacological Functions Of Ginkgo Biloba In this book, Dr. Hang introduced the pharmacological functions about Ginkgo Biloba and the practice use of this herb. In Chinese oldest pharmacology book"Shen Long Ben Cao Jing", Glossy Ganoderma was classified as first class herb. It was described as God's herb, whcih can only be used by some noble people in ancient China for preventing becoming old and any deadly diseases.
